Agreement to these terms and conditions is mandatory before services can be delivered. By using Travelina services, you confirm that you accept and agree to the terms and provision of this agreement.

COPYRIGHT

Travelina content and work product is the sole copyright of the Owner. All rights are reserved and are not to be used for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of the Owner. Any redistribution or reproduction of part of content in any form is prohibited unless with the Owner’s express written permission.

THIRD-PARTIES
Certain Travelina content, products and services may include material from third-parties. Third-party links may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with Travelina. The Owner is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties, including, but not limited to user comments, reviews and feedback. The Owner is not liable for any losses, costs incurred, harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-parties, including, but not limited to user comments, reviews and feedback. Please review carefully the third-party's terms and conditions and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products, services or comments should be directed to the third- party and not the Owner.

PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

It is the client's responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and immigration requirements applicable to your travel. The Owner does not accept any responsibility in the case that the client is unable to travel due to non compliance of travel requirements.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is strongly recommended that you and everyone in your party purchase travel insurance from a third party for the duration of your journey.

 

GOVERNMENT TRAVEL ADVICE AND RESTRICTIONS

It is the client's obligation to seek information and travel advice ad restrictions from the government body of your country of citizenship before you travel. 

 

VACCINATIONS

Vaccinations may be required for some or all of the places you are intending to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged necessary vaccinations for your trip.

PRIVACY

Personal data submitted to Travelina will be kept secure in accordance with FTC laws and regulations. Your personal details will not be disclosed to any third party unless express permission is provided by you.

 

JURISDICTION

This Agreement is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United States of America
